Ijara Mp Abdi Ali Praises Sheikhow Super Cup Winners for Exceptional Football Skills

Masalani – The final match of the inaugural Sheikhow Super Cup between Masalani Football Club and Young Boyz F.C at Baraza Park Football Pitch was held Masalani on Tuesday. 

The tournament sponsored by Abdi Ali Abdi, Member of Parliament for Ijara Constituency witnessed young men displaying exceptional football skills that left spectators in awe. 

Mr. Abdi Ali Abdi congratulated the winners while expressing pride in his office’s commitment to champion and nurture sporting talent in the region.

In the senior division, Young Boyz F.C secured the Sheikhow Super Cup title with a nail-biting 1-0 victory against Masalani F.C. The intense match solidified Young Boyz F.C’s position as this year’s champions, triggering jubilant celebrations at Baraza Park Football Stadium.

The junior division witnessed an equally gripping contest as Sarman F.C triumphed over Bula Duale F.C in a penalty shootout after a goalless draw, claiming the Sheikhow Super Cup Junior’s title on Tuesday.

Both Young Boyz F.C and Sarman F.C were crowned champions, earning a substantial reward of Ksh 100,000 each. This cash is aimed at recognizing the dedication and skill displayed by these exceptional teams in the pursuit of football excellence.
