Mombasa student arrested with 300g of heroin worth Sh1.2 million

Mombasa – Moi International Airport anti-narcotics officers in Mombasa made a significant breakthrough by recovering 300g of heroin from the residence of a 24-year-old Technical University of Mombasa student. 

Acting on a crucial intelligence report, the detectives arrested Killian Makuto Dunda at his Mshomoroni house in Kisauni sub-county.

The brownish/whitish substance, with an estimated street value of Sh1.2 million, was found wrapped in a clear polythene bag. On-site testing confirmed the substance as heroin, leading the officers to secure the evidence for further sampling at the government chemist. The suspect, Killian Makuto Dunda, awaits arraignment today as investigations unfold.
