United Democratic Movement (UDM) Solidifies Presence in Mandera with Official Branch Inauguration

Mandera Senator Ali Roba Launches UDM Offices, Calls for Local Engagement and Expansion Across Sub-Counties

Mandera – The United Democratic Movement (UDM) has officially launched its branches in Mandera County, pledging a heightened focus on improving service delivery to the residents.

The inauguration of UDM offices in Mandera witnessed a significant turnout, with hundreds of locals proudly sporting UDM-branded T-shirts and caps on Saturday. 

Mandera Senator and UDM Party leader, Ali Roba, had the honor of formally introducing the UDM offices in the county.

“My sincere thanks to the residents who overwhelmingly supported the party in the last general election,” said Roba.

During the inauguration ceremony, Senator Roba underscored the significance of establishing these offices in Mandera, urging residents and local leaders to actively engage with and join the party.

Senator Roba also unveiled plans to extend the UDM presence by opening additional branches in all Mandera sub-counties, with the aim of fostering support and membership from a diverse demographic.
He committed to collaborating with locals to bring essential services closer to the community.

Highlighting UDM’s past electoral success, Senator Roba noted that the party secured 11 MPs, 64 MCAs, and 2 governors in the last General Election. His vision is to broaden UDM’s influence, the party is ambitiously targeting the registration of over 200,000 members across Mandera County.
